Always popular restaurant, currently drunk mulled wine to go. Is made freshly hot with orange in it in red or rose, not a sweet juice but delicious

Today we ate deliciously, even if it was take away. Called, ordered and, after a reasonable time, even got it delivered to Birkenau. A good way to support gastronomy during Corona

Good food, fast service and fair prices. The Platzhirsch is a good address for delicious food.

The food was definitely worth the money and the value for money of the cocktails was great.

It was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. The service is friendly and attentive, the food is delicious. There is an outside area. Dogs are welcome.

Got a seat on Friday evening without a reservation. The waitresses were attentive and friendly. Food was good, the poppy seed cake was even better. The menu has a slightly eastern touch with various curry dishes.

Nice atmosphere and centrally located on the market square. Food was good, generous portion (baked potato). Service not quite as fast as hoped, but super friendly. I don't find it so appealing inside, but even more so outside.

My favorite restaurant! Large selection, the dishes are really delicious, Sunday brunch excellent! The service is always friendly. In summer you can sit nice on the market place but also very comfortably inside!

The salmon burger was delicious again! And there was also great gin and tonic advice. Nice atmosphere in the old half-timbered house with routine and very friendly service. Card payment possible 😉 💳

Very nice ambience and really delicious food in the house! The vegetables here in the house are always fresh! You can see that directly. Also nice waiters and super friendly. There's always something going on here. But a visit here is definitely worth it

Great selection of breakfast, there is something for every taste. Delicious food, served with love and plentiful! The staff is very friendly and on the ball. The location is quite narrow, but still cozy. The location is very central on the beautiful market square. We recommend!

You can‘t go wrong with them. The förester Salat is amazing as is the potatoes with meat and mushrooms, very good home german food! We go there with most of our friends that come to visit. Really recommend

There are really delicious breakfast options. The portions are absolutely sufficient and the staff are mostly nice 😊. Always my pleasure!

Home made great food, recommended! but make sure you either reserve or get there early otherwise you'll struggle for a table.
